How do I place an order?


To place an order click on the thumbnail photo you'd like to purchase within the gallery you are viewing. From there you can click the "add to cart" button in the upper right hand corner of the screen or rollover the image and select "add to cart". Once you have hit the add to cart button a screen will appear that will allow you to select the digital or print size and amounts. Once you have selected all or you options you can proceed to checkout. you will notice that once you are ready to check out you will be taken to an external site. Zenfolio is our partner and handles on online secure payments.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely. Our prcoessing partner Zenfolio uses standard industry security practices to protect your personal information including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) transmission technology for all sensitive information exchanges. This technology encrypts information you send us to avoid it being intercepted before reaching our secure HTTPS servers. Any sensitive billing information is then stored in an encrypted format.

What payment types do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or Paypal.

Will my order be shipped directly to me?

Providing shipping information is extremely important. Please review the shipping address before finalizing your order to assure that the information was entered correctly.
During checkout you will be prompted to choose a method of shipping: If you choose USPS Priority Mail or First class shipping you have the option to ship to a physical address or a PO Box.
If you choose FedEx Next Day shipping you can only use a physical address.

Will my prints be professional quality?

Without a doubt. All of our standard prints are done by Mpix, a leader in professional printing. The Mpix goal is 100% customer satisfaction. The Lab offers a print quality guarantee as well as protection against orders arriving damaged or incomplete. If you have any problems with the order, contact me within 30 days and we will help you replace it free of charge.
Note: Orders submitted with the 'no color corrections' option checked are not eligible for reprinting by Mpix due to color issues.

Are other products or sizes available?

Yes. The most popular print and digital options are made available by default but we can also get a wide variety of other products including panoramic prints, shirts, mugs, player cards, mousepads and postage stamps. If there is a particular products you are looking for chances are we can get it, just contact me and let me know exactly what you need.
